Why not try us for free with our Free Trial Day?

The trial day helps us assess your dog for suitability for daycare, and we do this at no cost! Here, we want dogs to be happy—truly happy! We want to see that your dog can enjoy the daycare and pack environment.

It will also give you a good idea if we are the right fit for your dog. So, you can be assured that your dog is under the best care.

  • Trial sessions last for 3-4 hours (6 hours max).

  • We offer engaging activities, including outdoor fun!

  • Expert care from our loving staff.

  • Ensure your dog is C5 vaccinated, desexed if over 12 months (unless exempt), and on a regular flea and worm prevention schedule.

  • At Urban Hounds, we believe in giving you flexibility and freedom. That's why our packages have no expiry—they remain as credit on your account, ready to be used whenever you need them.

  • Yes, at Urban Hounds, you can use your daycare credit for walking services and vice versa. We want to ensure you have the flexibility to choose the best care for your dog, whenever you need it.

    However, credits cannot be used for retail goods.

  • Yes, you can use full-day daycare credit towards a half-day at Urban Hounds. The remaining balance will stay as credit on your account, giving you the flexibility to use it for future service.

  • If you let us know that your dog is no longer enjoying daycare, has health issues, or is no longer suitable for daycare, we will happily provide a refund. These requests must be made within 2 months of your dog's last visit.

    Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
