We want to make sure that your dog has the most pawsome days with us!

Our primary goal is to make sure that your dog has a positive introduction to the team and their potential play groups.

We will dedicate our time to getting to know your dog and figuring out what their likes and dislikes are. We will look at how they interact with the staff and other dogs.

Our daycare program accommodates pups of all ages provided they are vaccinated prior to joining us.

We do recommend that pet parents spend a couple of weeks with their dogs at home before trying daycare. This allows them to get used to their new paw parents, new home and routine.

We accommodate senior dogs too and have chill-out zones where they can just lick on a frozen lickimat OR chew on a bone.

All dogs must have C5 vaccination. It protects against parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza and kennel cough.

All vaccines must be current and carried out annually.

Dogs over the age of 8 months must be desexed. Puppies younger than this can attend daycare while still entire.

We also recognise that some breeds (particularly giant and large breeds) may benefit from delayed desexing. In these cases, you must provide a veterinary medical exemption. The continuation at daycare will be conditional as hormonal changes may impact the daycare experiences (i.e. excessing humping, or increased sniffing around the back of other dogs). For some dogs daycare and group socialisation may not be the best option. And, that is totally fine, and simply means that being with a bunch of dogs is just not their thing. In fact, we have one of those "I don't care for dogs" type of pooch in our own family pack!

The daycare experience should feel good for the dogs. Our team will always advocate for your dogs and will understand your dog's body language. They are trained to just do this! If your dog exhibits signs that they would rather be in a couch with a human, we will let you know.

Once a booking request is made, our team will get back to confirm. We prefer at least 12 hour notice for bookings and ideally more.

During inclement weather such as in summer days or rainy winter days daycare places fill up quickly. Advance bookings are always recommended.

We group dogs based on their energy levels and size. We have large play pen areas and an activity pen where dogs of different sizes and breeds can socialise together in a safe environment.

We offer puppy daycare provided they are vaccinated alongside our regular daycare.

The daycare program for puppies is a little different to make sure that every moment is special and positive. Your puppy will spend most of their time carefully supervised with carefully selected playmates. They will have some interaction with the big dogs to learn useful skills under careful supervision. They will also have a separate play room where they get to participate in desensitisation activities, basic obedience training and small group play.
